What is Kyanu AI?
A Chrome extension for recruiters. It builds a Google X-ray search from your job, pre-scores every LinkedIn profile in the results against that job, and scores the LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter profiles you open.
Do I need a MissionHires account?
Yes. Kyanu AI is powered by MissionHires: you sign in with your MissionHires account, and the jobs, searches and scored candidates live there.
Does it score LinkedIn search results?
Not yet. Today Kyanu AI scores Google X-ray results, and individual LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter profiles when you open them.
Do I need LinkedIn Recruiter?
No. Google X-ray search and standard LinkedIn profiles work without it. If you have Recruiter, Kyanu AI scores the profiles you open there too.
How is a candidate scored?
Kyanu AI reads what the profile shows and rates how likely the person is to fit the job, from “Not a fit” to “Very likely”. A pre-score comes from the Google result alone; reading the full profile firms it up. Hover a score to see the evidence for each of the job's criteria.
Can I use it on my phone?
No. Kyanu AI is a Chrome extension, so it runs in Google Chrome on your computer.
